Job Description:

Halverson Northwest Law Group, P.C., is seeking a qualified mid-level attorney with a desire to build their environmental and water law practice in sunny Central Washington State. Candidates for this uncommon opportunity will have 2 to 11 years of experience in water rights and related environmental law. If selected, the chosen attorney will work closely with Larry Martin, one of the top water lawyers in the western states. Mr. Martin worked for years in water rights adjudication for the Yakima River basin in the case of State of Washington vs. Acquavella.

Halverson Northwest’s primary practice includes representation of irrigation districts, water delivery entities, and agricultural water users. Other areas of our practice include agribusiness, real estate development, commercial and corporate transactions, outside general counsel services, management-focused employment law, and commercial litigation. Solid credentials, positive references, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required for consideration.
