Mike Shinn Closes $2.67 Million Property Transaction for Clients

Attorney Mike Shinn, part of HNW’s real estate department, closed a commercial property transaction for $2.67 million for his clients on May 24, 2013. The project involved extensive contract negotiations, land use proceedings, and title clearing issues. Mike’s clients and Yakima City officials are excited about the new retail activity the transaction will generate.
